Product Legal Supplement

SoloDrop Product Scope

SoloDrop turns user-selected files into browser previews for temporary sharing and review. The website and VS Code extension use the same sharing service and account. SoloDrop is not a backup service or a permanent file library.

How This Supplement Applies

This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to SoloDrop. General legal and support questions may be emailed to hello@szlk.ai; privacy questions and rights requests may be emailed to dpo@szlk.ai.

Account and Product Data

SoloDrop processes uploaded file contents, filenames, types, sizes, sharing settings and activity records. Account and session information supports sign-in, share history and subscriptions. Free sharing does not require an account. The extension keeps sign-in credentials in secure storage on the device.

AI and Service Processing

Uploaded files and sharing settings are stored in private Cloudflare storage to provide the requested preview. Recipients receive the content needed to view a share in their browser. Password-protected shares require the access password; access passwords are not stored in plain text. SoloDrop does not send shared file contents for AI processing as part of this sharing feature.

Payments and Paid Access

Free shares last 24 hours and support files up to 10 MiB, whether or not the sender signs in. Pro costs USD 5 per month or USD 49 per year and offers the same features on both billing cycles: 1, 7 or 30 days per share, up to 100 MiB per file, 5 GiB of active share contents, access passwords and optional removal of SoloDrop branding. The price and billing cycle are shown before purchase. SZLK manages account and subscription access; Stripe processes payments. These plans support temporary sharing; they do not provide permanent storage.

Delivery and Refund Facts

A share is delivered when SoloDrop verifies that its preview is available and returns the link. Pro sharing options become available after payment is confirmed and subscription access is granted. Existing shares keep the expiry chosen when they were created. Refund and cancellation requests follow the shared SZLK Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences

SoloDrop may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.

Storage and Retention

Every new share has an expiry: 24 hours for Free, or 1, 7 or 30 days for Pro, with a maximum of 30 days. Signing in alone does not extend Free retention. Expired links stop serving their content immediately, and scheduled cleanup removes expired file contents. Creators can delete a share earlier using its deletion control. Historical shares retain their existing expiry; this change does not retrospectively shorten or delete them. Account, activity and billing records may be retained as described in the shared Privacy Policy. Management credentials are kept separate from public share links.

User Responsibility and Risk Boundary

Anyone with an unprotected share link can open the content. Password-protected shares also require the password. Share only files you have permission to share and check them for confidential information, personal data, credentials, malware and third-party rights. Hiding the download button and adding a watermark do not prevent a recipient from saving content received for browser preview.

Material Service Categories

SoloDrop may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
