Product Legal Supplement

SoloDrop Product Scope

SoloDrop turns one user-selected file into a public Cloudflare temporary Worker share page. This validation release does not provide file custody, backup, permanent hosting, or a private file library.

How This Supplement Applies

This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to SoloDrop.

Account and Product Data

SoloDrop may process Passport identity and session data, plus activity metadata such as filename, type, size, creation time, result status, short link, and expiry. Artifact bytes are not written to SoloDrop-owned Durable Objects, R2, or other object storage.

AI and Service Processing

When a user requests a share, file bytes are relayed in the current request to a Cloudflare temporary account to deploy the preview. The temporary API token is server-only and discarded after deployment. The bearer claim URL is returned only to the authenticated creator.

Payments and Paid Access

The first validation release has no paid plan or file-storage entitlement.

Delivery and Refund Facts

A temporary share is delivered when the generated public page passes an availability check and SoloDrop returns its short link. Cloudflare deletes an unclaimed temporary account and its resources after the claim deadline.

Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences

SoloDrop may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.

Storage and Retention

SoloDrop retains account sessions and share activity metadata as needed for account operation, demand validation, security, abuse prevention, and user history. It does not retain artifact bytes. Temporary Cloudflare credentials and claim URLs must not enter logs or general activity records.

User Responsibility and Risk Boundary

Share pages are public. Users must publish only files they are entitled to share and must check for personal data, credentials, confidential material, malware, and third-party rights. SoloDrop does not describe a public share as private.

Material Service Categories

SoloDrop may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
